Refund & Return Policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, and 14 additional days to send it back.
Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories. Personalized or hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded by law.
How to return
Email suporte@pointcenter.store with your order number. We will send return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item we issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, downloadable products and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
