Pointcenter is an online store for home, garden, pool and tool products, operated from Madrid, Spain. We sell directly to consumers, including in the United States.

Who we are

Pointcenter is an online-only retailer at pointcenter.store · Pl. del Carmen, 2, Centro, 28013 Madrid, Espanha. We are a small team that selects, imports and ships practical products for the home and outdoors. We have no physical shop. Payments are collected by our licensed payment institution Paguee Instituição de Pagamentos LTDA (Tax ID 64.929.936/0001-84) — that is the name you will see on your bank statement.

Our business model

We work with a curated catalog. Products are sourced from manufacturers and logistics partners in Europe and Asia and shipped to the customer after payment is confirmed. We do not run physical stores: our prices reflect this direct model, without retail markup.

Prices, stock and shipping

Prices for the United States are shown in US dollars, with taxes included where applicable. Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping to the United States takes 5 business days and is free on orders over $59; below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout before payment.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
